The sound carries us through time and space. A thought, a feel, a welcome memory returns. Skin touches us, like a dream, a subliminal exploration of moments that echo throughout.

It is like being on a walk through a city.
It's snowing. Sometimes you can see the stars through the snow.
For a minute you hear birds, from further south. They disappear.
Then there are people, friends. They keep you company for a while, one after another.

You take a break. It's quiet and dark.
You listen to your thoughts and to the wind.

You keep walking and arrive at a party.
It's loud and bright and everything is happening at once.
You feel connected, but remain rooted deep within yourself.

When you awake, the snow is melting.
Your friends and the birds are here.
You drink some tea and listen to the moment, trying to figure out how it sounds.

This is where we find the music of Munich’s Giovanni Raabe. Intuitive, organic, electronic, welcoming to any method of sound creation present in the moment. Following the beat-driven Trias #008 (Trias Records) and the film score Water Tower (La Double Vie) released under his given name last year, Skin contains the first songs as Brnjsmin since 2020’s Wind bei Nacht (Verydeeprecords)
